Festival Programme
On August 27 at the Day of Russian Cinema, in Saint-Petersburg a new In Frame: Big City Lights International Film Festival will be opened. Exactly in this city the first film session took place in Russia. During 5 days of the festival viewers will watch films made by Russian and international teams. Furthermore, the festival programme includes master-classes, art meets with film authors and lectures that will be useful for both beginners and experienced professionals of the film industry.
